- Only mini golf putters are permitted on the putting green; metal putters are prohibited.
- The hot tub has a maximum temperature of 104° for safety reasons.
Additional Guidelines
- All occupants must adhere to local outdoor lighting, quiet hours, and gathering regulations per Riverside County Ordinance Nos. 915, 847, & 924.
- No wood-burning fires are allowed due to Riverside County's strict “no burn” civil code; violations incur penalties.
- The picture windows in the dining room must remain closed and locked.
- Be vigilant of coyotes in the area.
- Use caution on the one-way side street to the property.
- A minimum age of 25 is required to book this home.
