The property�s bedrooms are spread across two buildings, with the main home containing three and a self-contained cottage containing the fourth and final bedroom, with a separate kitchen. The villa�s master suite spans the entire upper floor, features a four-poster king-size bed, and has its own private balcony overlooking the swimming pool. Beside the pool sits an outdoor lounge area on the property�s veranda, just next to the partially open-air dining room with its own internal garden and an amazing black granite dining table on carved coral pedestals, complemented fantastically by a matching built-in bar area. This area looks out toward the sea and is the perfect place to watch the sunset as you indulge in your evening meal. Guests will have access to the world renowned facilities of the Sugar Hill Estate including the tennis village with 4 floodlit tennis courts, the communal infinity pool, the clubhouse and the gym. On top of this, guests will also receive complimentary membership at the exclusive Royal Pavilion Beach Club, with access to beach chairs and umbrellas.
