- No smoking inside the property. Violation of this policy will result in a $300 fee and potential liability for any fire or property damage.

- Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9 pm - 8 am) are strictly enforced. Noise violations can result in fines up to $10,000.
- Events or parties are not permitted without prior written approval and an additional fee. Unauthorized events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed.
