• No pets are allowed. A fine of $500 per pet will be charged for any undisclosed pets.
• This is a smoke-free property. Violating the no-smoking policy results in a $300 fee and potential forfeiture of the security deposit, as well as liability for any fire or property damage.
• Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. Noise violations can incur fines up to $10,000.
• Unauthorized events or parties are not permitted and will result in fines. Prior written approval is required for any event or party functions.

Use of Amenities

• To access Seacrest Beach amenities, guests must register online and collect parking passes and wristbands at the Guest Service Window.
• Prohibited items at the private beach include wagons, wheeled coolers, tents, and canopies. Guests may bring personal chairs for the west side beach setup.
• Accidental damage protection up to $2000 is included, but it does not cover intentional acts or damage caused by pets.
