• No smoking is permitted inside the property. Violating this rule will incur a $300 fee and forfeiture of the security deposit.
• Pets are allowed with prior approval, but only a maximum of two pets. A fee of $250 per pet applies. Unapproved pets face a fine of $500 each.
• Quiet hours are enforced between 9 pm to 8 am. Noise violations can result in fines up to $10,000.
• Events and parties are not permitted without prior written approval. Unauthorized events will result in fines.
