- No smoking is permitted inside the property. Violating this rule will incur a $300 fee and forfeiture of the security deposit.

- Quiet hours are enforced between 9 pm to 8 am. Noise violations can result in fines up to $10,000.
- Events and parties are not permitted without prior written approval. Unauthorized events will result in fines.
