- No smoking inside the property. Violation will result in a $300 smoking fee, forfeiture of the security deposit, and liability for fire or property damage costs.
- No parties or events without prior written approval and an additional fee. Unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and incur fines.
- Maximum occupancy includes an additional two guests beyond bed count. Tri-fold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
- Strict noise ordinance: Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. No speakers or sound systems are provided. Fines up to $10,000 apply for violations.
Pet Policies
- A maximum of 2 pets is allowed with prior approval and subject to a $150 fee per pet.
- Undisclosed pets will incur a $500 fine per pet.
Use of Amenities
- Be aware that the property is near a freeway, which may cause occasional noise.
- The BBQ and firepit are available for outdoor use. Please ensure they are used safely and cleaned after use.
