House Rules

• No smoking is allowed inside the property.
• Pets are not permitted.
• Events and parties are not allowed.
• The maximum occupancy is 20 adults.
• The lead guest must be at least 25 years old to make a reservation.
• A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest, including a list of all guests staying.

Use of Amenities

• Guests are responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of the complimentary BBQ grill; the owner does not accept liability for its failure.
• Pool heat is recommended from October 31st to March 31st and must be requested in advance.
• The property has an outdoor pool cleaned weekly; debris may accumulate between services.
• The grill is self-catering for propane.
• A maximum of six cars is allowed per address.

Penalties

• An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee is required to cover any reported accidental damage to the property and its contents.

There is also a tennis complex, a fitness center, a beach volleyball court and a pickleball court, as well as a full-service spa and several community pools. You will be able to enjoy community playgrounds and activity trails, plus a grand clubhouse for meetings and events. The resort offers a range of excellent restaurants and bars and there is a grocery store and pharmacy located just across the street . If the little ones want a parent-free way to enjoy the day they can hang out at the kids club and enjoy activities like scavenger hunts, nature hikes, pool games and handicrafts.
