- No smoking is allowed inside the property. Violations will result in a $300 fee, forfeiture of the security deposit, and liability for any fire or property damage.
- Pets are not permitted. Undisclosed pets will incur a $500 fine per pet.
- The property adheres to strict occupancy limits, including infants and babies.
- Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am. Any noise ordinance violations may result in fines up to $10,000.
- Events or parties are prohibited without prior written approval. Unauthorized events will be shut down, and fines may be assessed.
Parking
- Parking is limited to 3-4 vehicles, including space for one golf cart. Extra cars will be towed.
- Boat parking is allowed but not recommended due to limited space.
Use of Amenities
- Pool heating is available for an additional fee and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. It is not available during the summer months (May - September).
- Use of the amenities, including the pool and outdoor facilities, is subject to all house rules and restrictions.
