The compound underwent a hefty redesign led by designer Chad Waterhouse emerging in 2018 year's end as one of Mojave desert's hidden gems. No expense or thought was spared on this vision. Encompassing almost 4100 sq ft, the main house features a master suite and accompanying dressing areas and bath. The second bedroom has garden views, with bathroom adjacent. The living area features a large fireplace and angled window with views toward the pool and sandy red horizon. An open kitchen features Calacatta stone countertop with waterfall veins continuous to the floor.
The guest house is an open space delineated by a wall to create two sleeping areas. One space, serving more as a bedroom is equipped with a king bed.
