This beautiful newly remodeled 3-bedroom 2-bath residential home has the capacity to sleep 10 guests and is also located just across the street from Lake Dunlap. Very spacious living room with a sofa sleeper, recliner, huge bean bag and additional nook seating. Free WIFI and smart TV (no cable). Take a few steps up into the fully stocked kitchen with all the comforts of home. Dining table with seating for 4. Second living area has 2 comfy rocking chairs and a Smart TV. Guest bathroom conveniently located off the kitchen with easy access from the 2 guest bedrooms. The rustic covered deck is the place to be with seating and a propane grill. Huge back yard with fire pit (firewood not provided) and trampoline for the kids or just star gazing. Right across the street is the private lake entrance with dock. You must walk across the street to get to the dock and water access.
