There is a bathroom and shower in this new addition and 2 beautiful French doors that both open up onto the large deck. This home has all the comforts of home including washer and dryer, cable TV and WIFI. Easy river access and the perfect escape for friends and family! No waiting in line with the private river access just steps outside of your backdoor, as well as a fire pit (fire wood not provided). Just a short drive to Gruene and downtown New Braunfels, which both offer fine dining establishments, entertainment, and numerous activities. Gruene Hall is the oldest dance hall in Texas and a famous landmark. Gruene also offers great shopping, restaurants and wine tasting.
