I really loved our stay in January 2020 except for the noise from our upstairs neighbor! During our whole stay we could hear people stomping above us until midnight! We told them nicely we could hear them but they didn't care. The building doesn't have the best noise insulation; however, what made up for that was the interiors. Condo looks better in person, it's very clean and cozy (I'm very particular and am OCD about cleanliness). In my opinion the best future is the view of a snow embankment and trees from the living room and kitchen. You really feel like you are in the woods without neighbors! For skiers/snowboarders, it's an easy 10 minute walk to Eagle Express. If you have kids, drive over and drop the kids and gear off. One parent can drive back, park the car in the garage then walk over to the lift. We walked to the lifts then rented a $15 locker for our shoes (I wouldn't recommend walking in your ski boots) but for our snowboarding friends, it was easy to do in their boots. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast and dinner. Fireplace is great! It's electric and is a switch to turn on/off. And love the in unit W/D which I did use twice during our stay. If you are sensitive to noise, you may not like this unit BUT overall loved this place!
