Excellent communication with the multiple emails reminding of check in and helpful contact info. Clear and detailed check in instructions. Easy check in process. Pleasant to find coffee and mini oil in the kitchen. Liked the organized little bag in the kitchen with all the pods and sponge etc. Easy to find extra paper towel roll and trash bag. Comfortable stay.
