- Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Unauthorized parties or events will result in fines.
- Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. Violation of noise ordinances can lead to fines up to $10,000.
- Maximum occupancy for the home is 8 guests.
Use of Amenities
- Outdoor furniture is unavailable during the winter months.
- The home does not have air conditioning.
- Due to extreme wildfire risk, outdoor wood-burning fireplaces, fire pits, or charcoal grills are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in fines starting at $5,000.
Parking
- Garage accommodates 2 cars; driveway accommodates 2 cars.
- No street parking is allowed. Violations will incur fines of $1,000 and can lead to revocation of the permit after three or more violations.
