House Rules
- No smoking inside the property. Violations will incur a $300 fee and possible forfeiture of the security deposit.
- Pets are allowed but must be approved in advance. A fee of $150 per pet is applicable, and undeclared pets will result in a $500 fine per pet.
- Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am. Noise ordinance violations can result in fines up to $10,000.
- No parties or events without prior written approval and an additional fee. Unauthorized gatherings will be shut down and fined.
- Occupancy limit includes an additional two guests beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens are available upon request.
Use of Amenities
- Pool heating is available for an additional charge and must be requested 24-48 hours in advance. Note that pool heating is not available from May 1 to October 1.
- Pool temperatures may rise during the summer months due to extreme desert heat, and this is beyond control.
- Guests use the hot tub at their own risk.
