The house enjoys excellent privacy and tranquillity and is ideal for those looking for a comfortable place in a strategic position, being just 90 km from Bologna and Florence. The house borders on that of the owners but the two houses are separate properties with separate entrances on two different sides and separate gardens which grants privacy to the guests. Indoors, the Casa di Nani' is characterised by a refined, elegant style of great taste, with all mod cons available; the outdoor areas, too, are extremely enjoyable with the presence of shady pergolas, ideal for alfresco dining, and a nice tree house for the delight of many a child.
