• Events or parties require prior written approval and an additional fee. Unauthorized events result in fines.

Pet Policy

• A maximum of 2 pets are allowed, and they must be approved in advance. Undisclosed pets incur a $500 fine per pet.
• Damages caused by pets are not covered under the accidental damage protection plan.
