- No smoking inside the property. Violating this policy will result in the forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
- No pets allowed. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home, a fine of $500 per pet will be imposed.
- Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9 pm-8 am) are strictly enforced to maintain a peaceful environment. No speakers or sound systems are provided for use. Violation of noise ordinances can result in fines up to $10,000 per violation.
- Parties or events are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed.
- You must be 25 years or older to book this home.

- The house does not have a private beach access path due to erosion, but there is a beach access path two houses down.
