- Smoking is strictly prohibited and violating this rule incurs a forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for fire or property damage.
- Quiet hours are enforced from 9 pm to 8 am. Occupancy limits and noise ordinances must be adhered to, with potential fines up to $10,000 for violations.
- No parties or events are permitted without prior written approval. Unauthorized gatherings will result in a fine.
Use of Amenities
- Accidental damage protection plan covers up to $2000 but does not include damages caused by intentional acts or by pets.
- Property maintenance may be affected by third-party vendors, and guests are advised to deny access if vendors do not meet sanitation standards.
