There is also a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, washing machine, dryer, microwave. This home will make your stay super carefree and full of comfort. The living room on the ground floor has a comfortable sofa to relax in front of the Smart TV, and offers direct access to its garden fitted with several sun loungers and seating area.

• This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden
• Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions
• Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass
• A security deposit of 600 EUR will be required via CC hold upon arrival and is fully refundable after departure, subject to a damage inspection
