- Vehicles must be parked in designated spots; no off-street parking is allowed.
- Guests are expected to be respectful of neighbors and maintain a quiet environment, especially between 10 pm and 7 am.
Use of Amenities
- Guests assume full responsibility for risks, loss, or injury when using amenities, including the swimming pool, hot tub, dock, bikes, kayaks, and paddleboards.
- The owner’s boat at the dock is off-limits to guests.
Fines and Penalties
- A $500 fine will be imposed for violating the check-out time.
- A $500 fine applies for any sustained noise complaints that notify management.
- A $250 fee will be charged if trash removal services are required due to overflowing bins on departure.
- Any guests violating house rules or local laws will result in immediate removal without a refund.
