Amazing Property - made our vacation perfect!
Encore 394 was absolutely beautiful. The pictures showed the home accurately, we were not disappointed on arrival. The resort area is safe and easy to navigate. There are amenities close by such as gas stations, drug store, grocery store, and plenty of restaurants nearby. Disney, Universal, and SeaWorld are an easy drive up the interstate. TopVillas made my reservation process easy, the on site company made any questions easily accessible by phone or the book at the house. I cannot say enough good things about our stay at this property! I hope that we can stay again next year.

Return visit
Last visit was pre covid and our stay 3 years later was just as good. This is a comfortable house with all main facilities. Located on a gated community with a superb club house. Well placed for all parks and close to restaurants and stores. We would definitely consider booking again should we return to Orlando.

Fantastic villa stay
We booked 240 Burma street villa as it ticked all the boxes for our 14 night stay and it didn’t let us down, what a fantastic villa from decor to location to shops, restaurants and theme parks all within easy reach and also the club house was only a short walk. We would definitely book this villa again.
