Stayed Oct 15 - We had a terrific experience in every respect. The staff were fantastic, with a special shout-out to Villa Manager Rung for whom nothing was too much trouble. The service and the food were excellent. The location is as advertised, right on the beach, the view was gorgeous. We were unlucky with the haze from Indonesia for the last couple of days but that's hardly the property's fault! The villa plot is a little more compact than it looks in the photos, but the setting is stunning and the size is more than adequate in any case. Lots of activities on the beach as well, just a hop down from the villa, we had a great time on the jet skis as also the massage hut just a few metres walk away. The rooms themselves were fab as well, very comfortable, and the frangipani scent twice a day after room cleaning and evening turn-down was a nice touch! Overall, an absolutely top notch experience. The only item on my wish list would be a slightly better command of English with the staff in general. Rung spoke some English, so we managed to communicate, but the others didn't really seem to speak at all. But that is a minor point, we still managed to make ourselves understood, and as mentioned, they were all terrific.

Stayed Sep 14 - We enjoyed our holiday at Koh Samui. The villa was fantastic and perfect for our situation... 5 adults and 6 children ranging from 3 to 11 years old. The food and service was amazing and we ate at the villa for most meals because of this. We loved being right on the beach; we could have some kids in the pool, some kids on the beach and we could watch from the lawn at the front of the villa. We went on a boat trip for the day with saard water sports to the marine park and this was fantastic; I would highly recommend this. I would recommend the farmer restaurant; a short car ride from the villa (the restaurant offers free pick up from the villa). Good food and service although the restaurant was under renovation when we were there. We went to the street markets in Maenam which are on Thursday evenings... definitely worth a look.
