• No smoking inside the property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $300 fee, forfeiture of the security deposit, and liability for fire or property damage costs.
• Pets are not allowed. A fine of $500 per pet will be applied if undisclosed pets are brought into the home without prior approval.
• No parties or events without prior written approval and an additional fee. Unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed.
• Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9 pm-8 am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems are provided for use. Violation of noise ordinances may result in fines up to $10,000 per violation.
• Guests must be at least 25 years or older to book the home.

• The pool is not heated.
• Beach chairs/toys are not included. Please contact the property management to rent beach chairs and umbrellas.
