• No smoking inside the property. Violation results in a $300 fee and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
• No pets allowed. Bringing undisclosed pets incurs a $500 fine per pet.
• Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced.
• No unauthorized parties or events. Unauthorized events will be shut down and fined.
• The fireplace is not for guest use.

Use of Amenities

• The elevator is available upon request.
• Note that the fourth bedroom and third bathroom are located in the garage area with separate exterior entrances.
• Guests do not have access to Wild Dunes amenities such as pools or tennis courts, but can pay to use the golf courses, restaurants, and spa.
