- No additional guests beyond the specified occupancy without prior approval.
- No live TV; only streaming apps are available, which guests must sign into.
- The elevator is not available for guest use.
- Do not open any windows in the home.
Use of Amenities
- Pool heater must be requested 48 hours in advance and is available at an additional cost; not available between April 1 and October 1.
- Spa heat is complimentary and available year-round.
- Pool and spa cannot be heated simultaneously.
- Parking is limited to the garage (2 cars) and driveway (4 cars); no street or landscaped area parking.
- No parking for recreational vehicles, boats, or oversized vehicles, except in the garage.
Penalties
- Smoking inside the property: $300 fee.
- Unauthorized pets: $500 fine per pet.
- Violation of noise ordinances: Fines up to $10,000.
- Unauthorized parties or events: Fine assessed.
