Use of Amenities

• Transportation to and from the island on check-in and check-out days is included. Additional boat rides, charters, or tours must be arranged at least 48 hours in advance.
• Guests must park their vehicles at Broad Creek Marina; parking costs are covered for 4 vehicles, with additional vehicles incurring a daily fee.

Fines & Penalties

• Accidental damage protection up to $2000 for non-intentional damages is included in the reservation. This does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, or damage caused by pets.

Special Considerations

• As a private island, the home offers seclusion and a remote experience. Access is only possible via a 15-20 minute boat ride through Broad Creek and Calibogue Sound.
