• No pets allowed. A fine of $500 per pet applies for undisclosed pets.
• No smoking inside the property. Violations result in a $300 smoking fee and possible forfeiture of the security deposit.
• No events or parties without prior written approval. Unauthorized events will result in fines.

Use of Amenities

• The elevator is not available for guest use.
• The fireplace is not for guest use.
• Pool heat is available for an additional fee and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Pool heat is only available between October 1st and April 1st.

Parking

• Maximum of 5 cars allowed.
• Parking is available for 4 cars in the driveway and 2 cars in the garage.
• No street parking allowed.

Noise and Occupancy

• Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am. Violations of noise ordinances may result in fines up to $10,000.
• Occupancy limits are strictly enforced. An additional two guests beyond the bed count can be accommodated with trifold floor mattresses and additional linens upon request.
