• No smoking inside the property. Violation results in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any damage costs.

• No speakers or sound systems provided for guest use.
• Only 2 pets allowed, subject to prior approval and additional fees. Undisclosed pets will result in a $500 fine per pet.
• Maximum of 7 cars allowed on-site. No parking on the grass or street.

• The gas fireplaces in the main level master and lower level king/queen room are not available for guest use.
