• No smoking inside the property. Violation of this policy will result in a $300 fee and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
• Pets are allowed, with a maximum of 2 pets. Pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $175 per pet. Undisclosed pets will incur a fine of $500 per pet.
• Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9 pm - 8 am) are strictly enforced. Violation of noise ordinances may result in fines up to $10,000.
• No speakers or sound systems are provided for use on the property.

Use of Amenities

• Pool heat is available for an additional fee and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. A two-day minimum applies.
• The property includes 2 kayaks and 2 oars for guest use.

Parking

• The gravel driveway can accommodate up to 8 cars.
• Parking is only allowed in the driveway; no parking on the grass or street.
