In the bedrooms you breathe an intimate and romantic atmosphere, with wrought iron, wood and four-poster beds, while on the first floor there is a cosy sitting room and a large fully-equipped kitchen with fireplace and terrace. Outside, the house is surrounded by many living areas distributed throughout the wonderful garden with plush lawn: the large pergola, the gym area, the delightful wooden veranda with brick barbecue and the various living areas where guests can relax together with a good glass of wine. But the real highlight of the property is the beautiful infinity pool, purified with salt, and the wonderful hot tub for 6 people that can be heated and used at any time of the day or night. The house stands out for its large spaces, both internal and external, and is particularly suitable for groups of friends or families who want to spend relaxing days together, thanks to the welcoming lounge and the set-up outdoor areas, yet being, at the same time, completely independent, thanks to the arrangement of the bedrooms in separate but adjacent units.
