A delightful classy residence, its exterior is clad in exposed antique stone while the interior has chestnut wood-beamed ceilings and fine terracotta floors. The spacious room, containing lounge, dining area and kitchen, with gaily-coloured walls is tastefully furnished, enlivened by arches in brick and stone and brightly-lit thanks to the windows facing directly out over the garden and pool. Casal del Salice is composed of a main house and an annex. The property is perfect for family reunions, for groups of friends and for families with children who want to spend their holidays together while preserving their privacy. The bedrooms are simply furnished with fine, unique details and are all equipped with air conditioning. The garden is full of numerous plants, tall trees and typical flowers of the area and a few metres from the portico is the private pool in a panoramic position. Sipping an aperitif under the gazebo by the pool or dining under the portico will be an unforgettable experience, especially at sunset with the view over the surrounding hills and villages.
