The house, born from recent, careful restoration, shows the classic stone finish, highlighting parts of the old 19th century structure, such as the old Carrara marble sink set on one side of the house to serve the BBQ corner, the artistic wrought-iron railings, the wooden-beamed ceiling with handmade terracotta tiles, combined with plain furniture that will give you a relaxing holiday. Entering the house you come to an open-plan area with dining area, kitchen and living area with sofa and TV corner. On the first floor are two double bedrooms and a modern bathroom with shower. For your outside comfort are two living areas, one with gazebo and table near the kitchen where you can have unforgettable meals immersed in unique peace and, going down towards the pool, one with comfortable armchairs where you can enjoy a good glass of red Tuscan wine. Guests staying in this oasis of peace can choose to relax in the garden beside the pool, or, given the proximity to the motorway, can quickly reach the famous tourist cities of Tuscany such as Lucca, Florence, Pisa, Siena and the nearby Tyrrhenian coast with Viareggio, fashionable Forte dei Marmi and the renowned Cinque Terre.
