The recent renovation has added mod cons to the structure that boasts spacious air-conditioned bedrooms, all with private bathroom, a large, modern fully-equipped kitchen and a beautiful garden, surrounded by rows of olive trees, with an enchanting view over the Chianti hills and the towers of San Gimignano on the horizon, which you can admire while resting in the shade of the large equipped portico or beside the exclusive pool. The property is located in a territory famous for its food, wine and artistic excellences, not far from San Gimignano, Florence, Siena, Lucca, Pisa and the Chianti region which, with its castles and villages, acts as a bridge between Siena and Florence. Shops, restaurants, cafes and train station (on the Siena-Florence line) can be found are in Certaldo, a delightful medieval village about 6 km from the house.
