• Additional parking is available at the clubhouse on a first-come, first-served basis and on Shiva Loop in a gravel lot next to the clubhouse.

Use of Amenities

• The BBQ grill must be cleaned and maintained by guests.
• Neither the property managers nor the owner are liable for any equipment failure, including the BBQ grill.
• Pool heat is available and recommended from October 31 to March 31 for heating the spillover spa.

• Guests are encouraged to drive directly to the vacation rental due to keyless entry.
