This was a wonderful home! The simple exterior hides the interior jewel. Just an eyepopper. Even found a pack and play, high chair, stroller, and slow cooker in the home. The downside was the faulty air conditioner. Because of Racoons, some of the duct work was caved in and later, the air conditioner shut off and stopped working because the drain was backed up. The service from Topvillas was on point, so despite the lack of air, I would use them again. All in all, a place to make great memories.

The best of the best of the best
Our family spent a week at this wonderful property while going to parks and relaxing. We would do it again in a heartbeat! The property is conveniently located next to an entrance of the Reunion resort making it easy to get in and out to major freeways. Shopping is convenient as well. The house itself has some quirks (one of the bedrooms is actually detached with its own entrance) but for our large family (3 couples, 3 singles) it was ideal. Relaxing every night in the pool was a perfect end to some tiring "park" days. The kitchen was large enough that we could easily do breakfasts and the grill was great for some dinners. The bedrooms are great with plenty of closet space and some amazing bathrooms. Not only were the rooms nicely appointed the entire property was clean - from the kitchen to the bathrooms and everything in-between we found nothing that made us want to do extra cleaning before moving right in. The different activities in the house made for a great experience. Our large group would split between using the theater room (binge watching the Mandalorian) playing billiards, using the game room, or lounging in the pool. We were very glad that we paid for pool heat as the nights got a little cool (middle November). Being in a resort we were concerned about possible noise from other properties. At least while we were there this was not a problem at all. It was obvious that other properties were in use from the cars and lights, but we were never bothered by any noise. We did have one problem with access to that detached bedroom where the access code didn't work. I called the management group at 10:30PM and they tried to resolve the problem but couldn't. They sent someone the next morning and the problem (a battery needed to be replaced) was resolved. Even with a late-night call the company was responsive and helpful. We had no other problems during the duration of our stay.

We will be making this our annual family vacation and whenever we're in the area, we will be booking with you again. The Reunion Resort was magnificent. All homes were luxurious and had individual character; not your typical cookie-cutter subdivision or resort location.
