This home is situated in the Emerald Island Resort, a prestigious gated community, just minutes from the main gate at Disney World. Set in over 300 acres of land, this resort offers a fantastic Clubhouse and Tiki bar, a communal pool with a spa and beautiful nature trails. Guests seeking a more active holiday will benefit from access to the communal gym, multiple sports courts and three different children's play areas.
Please note: Regarding parking, please be aware that it is managed by Emerald Island Resort. All guests are required to pay a Resort Access Fee of $20 per vehicle, which includes a parking pass and access to the community center. Additionally, there is a mandatory minimum charge of one Resort Access Fee per reservation, even if no vehicles are used.

Great family vacation resort home
My family enjoyed the the amenities available at the resort. The home was clean, spacious and comfortable. The Wi-Fi worked. The pool was a good size and available. The staff at the service desk and gate security were very friendly. I would recommend Emerald Island to my friends and family.
