For those who wish to withdraw for pleasant conversation, there is a sitting room next to the fine dining area that seats 10. Outside you will find your own private swimming pool with hot tub, sunloungers and a covered lanai with an alfresco dining area. This home is situated in the Emerald Island Resort, a prestigious gated community, just minutes from the main gate at Disney World. Set in over 300 acres of land, this resort offers a fantastic Clubhouse and Tiki bar, a communal pool with a spa and beautiful nature trails. Guests seeking a more active holiday will benefit from access to the communal gym, multiple sports courts and three different children's play areas.
Please note: Regarding parking, please be aware that it is managed by Emerald Island Resort. All guests are required to pay a Resort Access Fee of $20 per vehicle, which includes a parking pass and access to the community center. Additionally, there is a mandatory minimum charge of one Resort Access Fee per reservation, even if no vehicles are used.

Fantastic location for an amazing holiday
Our villa was on a lovely, on a very safe and tidy resort perfectly located for those visiting Disney World parks. Easy access and information provided for our arrival and few welcome complimentary items for our arrival. Spacious and well equipped, lovely pool area, clean and tidy with plenty of towels for house and beach/water parks. Sadly we spent very little time there as we were out most days from 0800-2200 or later but we did have one lovely morning at the pool. Plenty of space for 9 of us and didn’t even use all the bedrooms. Great having 5 bathrooms and lads loved using the games room when we got back in the evening to play pool. This is definitely set up as a rental property and had a few tired areas and probably a deep clean at end of season but in no way is this a complaint and such a massive property must take hours to turn around. I’m a cleaning freak anyway and was fine for my high standards. Would definitely recommend and visit again. Thanks we had a ball and if you visit at Halloween would recommend Mickeys Not so Scary Halloween Party and Universal Studios Halloween Horror Nights. Lots of amazing new rides since our last visit from the UK 12 years ago. Thank you Top Villas.
