• All trash must be bagged and placed in the provided waste bins.
• Lock all doors when leaving and at night for security.
• Do not rearrange patio furniture or parking on non-designated areas.

• The BBQ grill must be cleaned after use, and a $120 cleaning fee applies if not properly maintained.
• Keep doors and windows closed when using the air conditioning to prevent malfunction.
• Toilets should only dispose of toilet paper to avoid clogs; do not flush any other items.
