The swimming pool is one of the largest in the area with a 14-person spa area, tanning shelf, and fountains. The pool can be heated from October - May for an additional fee. Once inside, you find luxurious features throughout the home. Boasting a standalone ice-maker, TVs in every room, private bathrooms for each room, an HVAC unit for each level, and UV light for air quality.

• Parking - A maximum of 10 vehicles can park on the driveway. No street parking is available.
• Pool/Spa Heating is available Oct-May for an extra fee. This service must be requested three days before arrival to ensure adequate time for turning on the heating system.
• Some dogs may be approved with prior written permission. Please inquire as to our pet policy and fees.
• Daily Beach chair with umbrella setup is included and runs from March 1 - October 31, weather permitting.
• The home has eight folding beach chairs you can carry to the beach and the daily beach chair setup. We do not supply beach towels.
