• No smoking inside the property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $300 smoking fee and liability for any fire or property damage.

• No parties or events without prior written approval and an additional fee. Unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed.
• Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9 pm - 8 am) are strictly enforced. Noise violations can result in fines up to $10,000.
• No street parking is allowed; the property can accommodate 3 cars in the designated parking area.

Use of Amenities

• Pool and spa heating are paid features and must be requested 24-48 hours before check-in. Pool and spa heat are not available from April 1 to October 31.
• Guests are responsible for ensuring vendors adhere to CDC guidelines and wearing PPE when accessing the property. Access to vendors who do not meet these standards should be denied.

Penalties

• Fines apply for unauthorized pets ($500 per pet), noise violations (up to $10,000 per violation), and smoking inside the property ($300 fee and additional liability).
