Moving to the living room, guests will find comfort and peace in this space with plush couches and chairs seating eight and a view out to the balcony. Out on the balcony is an ideal place to soak in the sun and relax with a view, cook out on the grill, or enjoy a meal al fresco! The first floor offers two bedrooms, a convenient laundry area, and an outdoor shower for rinsing off sand before entering the house.
