Its conveniently located close to beaches, Preserves, Restaurants, and shopping. This waterfront luxury condo is the Florida vacation of your dreams in Jimmy Buffets Margaritaville! Just outside of the community, you will find 3 nature preserves for walking, biking, sightseeing, and kayaking. Inside the unit you will find your very own vacation haven. Having been recently built, the units have all new furnishings and interiors. Enjoy modern beach-style decor with comfort and relaxation in mind! The unit is located on the first floor and has an elevator as well as a private parking spot for you during your stay.
Bedrooms
- The master bedroom is located in the back of the house with sweeping views of Anna Maria Sound.
- This bedroom has a king-size bed as well as a 55" Smart TV and en-suite bathroom.
- Bedrooms 2 and 3 are located in the front of the unit.
- Bedroom 2 has a King-size bed and a 55" Smart TV, as well as an attached en-suite bathroom.
- Bedroom 3 has a set of bunk beds, a pull-out trundle bed, and a bean bag chair that converts to a full-size sleeper for additional sleeping.
- An additional shared bathroom is located outside of this bedroom.
Living areas
- The main living space offers a fabulous open floor plan.
- A 65" flat-screen Smart TV can be found in the living area.
- The fully equipped kitchen has granite counter-tops and stainless steel appliances.
- The formal dining areas seats 6 guests comfortably, with additional space for three found at the kitchen breakfast bar.
- Large sliding glass doors open completely to an enclosed lanai.

Margaritaville

A marina with wet and dry storage is now open and available to keep your boat at for an additional fee during your stay!
