3-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa with stunning views in Corossol.

Tucked into the green hills of Corossol - an area that’s one of St. Barth's underappreciated gems - the newly built Villa Sasha manages to pull off that ever elusive balancing act. It's sleek and modern in look, yet homey and comfortably in feeling. The luxury rental property is made even more peaceful and relaxing by its views of the verdant landscape, shimmering sea, and vibrant sunsets.

The vacation home is versatile, with a layout that makes it well suited to groups of friends celebrating a special occasion together and to parents on holiday with their children. The bedrooms are separated, so there is plenty of privacy, along with ample spaces for people to come together.

The gracious, open living area can be opened up to the terrace, merging the indoors and out, and letting cool Caribbean breezes move through the house. This space is open to the modern kitchen and dining area. On the terrace is a long, heated swimming pool and many chaises for sunbathing.

There is eye-catching photography throughout the home, but the center of attention is likely to be the views out of the large windows in nearly every room. The design sensibility creates a sense of ease that lends itself to gazing over the island landscape and daydreaming. Behind the house lies a beautiful rock garden, another good place to meditate.

Villa Sasha is built over three levels. On the lowest there is a convenient covered parking area. The living area, kitchen, terrace, and pool are on the middle level, and two additional bedrooms lie upstairs. All three bedrooms are equal in size and come with European king beds and ensuite bathrooms.
