This sublime four-bedroom vacation rental is ideally located within the Royal Westmoreland Resort and is spread across three levels. Inside, you will find an open-plan living area and fully-equipped kitchen on the upper level of the property. This floor also features a covered terrace overlooking the pool with outdoor lounge seating and an alfresco dining area, perfect for relaxing with your evening meal while taking in the views. On the lower floor of the property you will find three of the four bedrooms, with the final located on the middle floor. Two of these lower floor bedrooms offer direct access to the pool terrace. The pool terrace itself is magnificent, offering a plunge pool, sunloungers, and further outdoor lounge seating for making the most of the Caribbean climate.

This home comes with Social Membership at Royal Westmoreland Resort. This entitles guests to have full access to all of the facilities with the exception of the golf course (Sanctuary gym, pools, hot tub, tennis courts, driving range and Mullins Beach Club). Social members would pay to golf and there is a limit of 12 times per year (the year runs from 1st February to 31st January). Tee off times are available only between 10:00am and 11:00am daily and they are allowed to play 4 games per year per person. The Visitor Golfer green fee would be applicable. Villa guests register for houseguest cards which give them access to the facilities.
