- The pool and hot tub cannot be heated simultaneously. Pool/Spa heat requires advanced request and payment.
- The hot tub/spa/jacuzzi maximum temperature is 104° for safety.
- Metal putters are not allowed on the putting green to prevent damage.

- Due to its secluded location, cell reception and WiFi may be limited.
