House Rules

• Smoking is not permitted inside the property. Violation incurs a $300 fee and liability for fire or property damage costs.
• Pets are allowed, but must be approved in advance. A fee of $150 per pet applies. Unauthorized pets will result in a $500 fine per pet.
• No parties or events without prior written approval. Unauthorized events will result in fines and immediate shut down.
• Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9 pm-8 am) are strictly enforced. Violation of noise ordinances may result in fines up to $10,000.

Use of Amenities

• Pool heat is available for an additional fee and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
• Pool and spa heat are not available between May 1st and October 1st.
• Be advised that desert temperatures during summer months can cause the pool temperature to rise, which is beyond control.

Additional Policies

• All guests must adhere to enhanced cleaning and sanitation protocols.
• If 3rd-party vendors fail to meet PPE standards, guests are advised to deny access.
