House Rules

• No smoking inside the property; violations result in a forfeiture of the security deposit and a $300 fee.
• Pets are allowed with prior approval and an additional fee. Unauthorized pets incur a $500 fine per pet.
• Guests must be at least 21 years old to book.
• Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) must be observed.
• No parties or events without prior written approval; unauthorized parties will be shut down and fined.
• Adherence to local laws for outdoor lighting, quiet hours, and gatherings is mandatory.

Use of Amenities

• Pool heating must be requested at least 48 hours in advance and is only available from October 1 to May 31.
• Maximum pool heating temperature is 83°F.
• Pool and hot tub cannot be heated simultaneously.
• Use of the pool during summer may result in higher water temperatures due to extreme desert heat, which is beyond control and cannot be mitigated.
