House Rules

• No smoking inside the property; a $300 fee and liability for any fire or property damage will apply if this rule is violated.
• Maximum of 2 pets allowed, subject to prior approval and an additional fee of $150 per pet. Undisclosed pets will result in a $500 fine per pet.
• Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. Violations of noise ordinances may result in fines up to $10,000 per violation.
• Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed.

Use of Amenities

• Pool heating is available for an additional fee and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Pool heat is available only between October 1st and April 1st.
• Please note that near the putting green, there is a slope with smooth rock beds. Parents should closely supervise children in this area.
• During the summer months, high desert temperatures may cause the pool temperature to rise, and this cannot be controlled.

Parking

• The driveway accommodates up to 7 cars.
• Parking near the trash area or the driveway leading to it is not permitted.
