  • No smoking is allowed on the property, and violations result in a $300 fee plus potential liability for damages.
  • Pets are accepted with prior approval and a fee, limited to 2 pets. Undisclosed pets incur a $500 fine each.
  • Occupancy limits and quiet hours from 9 pm to 8 am are strictly enforced. Noise violations can result in fines up to $10,000.
  • Events or parties require written approval and may incur additional fees. Unauthorized gatherings will be shut down and fined.

Use of Amenities

  • Pool heating is available for a fee and must be requested 24-48 hours before arrival.
  • Regular pool and gardening maintenance occurs every Tuesday between 10:00 am - 12:00 pm.
  • Guests are advised to ensure that third-party maintenance workers adhere to safety protocols, and access should be denied if safety standards aren't met.

Additional Information

  • A maximum of 2 pets is allowed, subject to approval and a fee per pet.
  • Supplemental cleaning services and amenities are available upon request.
